40% active PDMS aqueous emulsion — the mid-concentration workhorse of the silicone emulsion series. Balances shipping/storage efficiency against handling ease; preferred for industrial textile finishing lines, paper sizing, and rubber mold lubrication where the 30% grade wastes freight and the 60% concentrate requires on-site emulsification equipment. Non-ionic; compatible with most textile and paper auxiliaries across pH 4–10.
