Nickel Acetate Anodize Sealing Agent
Nickel acetate anodize sealing agent is the industry-standard hot sealing solution for anodized aluminum, converting the amorphous aluminum oxide of the anodic layer into stable boehmite while incorporating nickel for enhanced corrosion resistance and dye fastness. Applied at near-boiling temperatures, the nickel acetate seal fills and closes pores in the anodic film, providing a hard, smooth, smut-free surface. It is widely used in architectural, automotive trim, and consumer electronics aluminum anodizing.
