Maleic Acid/Acrylic Acid Copolymer Scale Inhibitor (MA/AA)
Maleic acid/acrylic acid (MA/AA) copolymer is a multifunctional scale inhibitor and dispersant widely used in cooling water and boiler systems. It inhibits crystallization of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and calcium phosphate scales through threshold effect and crystal distortion mechanisms. Also functions as a dispersant for suspended particles.
