Iron phosphate coating solution provides a lightweight amorphous iron phosphate conversion layer on steel, aluminum, and galvanized substrates in a single-stage or multi-stage process. It simultaneously cleans and coats metal surfaces, making it ideal for high-volume, cost-sensitive production lines. The thin amorphous layer significantly improves paint adhesion and provides moderate corrosion protection.
