2,2-Dibromo-3-Nitrilopropionamide (DBNPA)
DBNPA is a fast-acting, broad-spectrum non-oxidizing biocide used in cooling water, paper mill, and industrial process water treatment. It rapidly penetrates biofilms and kills bacteria, fungi, and algae within minutes of dosing. DBNPA degrades quickly in the environment through hydrolysis, making it an environmentally favorable choice.
