Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Additive Package
Automatic transmission fluid (ATF) additive packages are precisely balanced concentrates that deliver the complex combination of friction, anti-shudder, antiwear, oxidation stability, foam control, and seal compatibility properties demanded by modern automatic transmissions. These packages must simultaneously control static and dynamic friction coefficients with extreme precision to enable smooth clutch engagement and prevent lock-up clutch shudder. They are formulated to meet OEM specifications including Dexron VI, Mercon LV, and Toyota T-IV/T-V standards.
