1,4-Diaminoanthraquinone
1,4-Diaminoanthraquinone is a vivid violet disperse dye intermediate and a key building block for solvent dyes used in plastics, waxes, and printing inks. Its extended chromophore system produces deep violet-blue hues with high extinction coefficients. As a disperse dye, it dyes polyester and cellulose acetate directly to brilliant violet shades with good sublimation fastness.
