Sludge Conditioner
Sludge conditioners are polymer-based chemical additives used to improve the dewaterability of municipal and industrial sludges on belt filter presses, centrifuges, and vacuum filters. They neutralize the charge on sludge particles, promoting floc formation and releasing interstitial water for more efficient dewatering. Proper sludge conditioning reduces final cake moisture and disposal costs.
